Definitions and Contracting Parties

In this document, "ocs8", "we", "platform" and "operator" refer to the company providing online gambling and betting services under the domain ocs8.one. "Player", "member", "user" and "you" refer to any individual who registers or uses ocs8 services. "Terms" refers to the entire content of this document.

By completing account registration, making any deposit or using ocs8 services in any form, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions in these terms and conditions together with the ocs8 privacy policy which can be found at Privacy Policy.

In the event of any conflict between the English version and other translations of this document, the English version shall apply.

Eligibility and Account Registration

ocs8 services can only be accessed by individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Aged at least 21 years old on the date of account registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a citizen or resident of a country where participation in online gambling is fully prohibited by local law.
• Registering in your own name only and not as an agent, representative or proxy of any third party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one ocs8 account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide complete and accurate information including your full name as per your identification document (MyKad or passport), an active mobile phone number and a valid email address. ocs8 reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification (KYC) purposes at any stage.

Deposits, Payments and Withdrawals

ocs8 supports a range of secure payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All transactions are handled in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

All withdrawal requests are subject to ocs8 internal security checks. ocs8 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal if there is unusual activity or outstanding KYC compliance requirements.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the registered payment account details are accurate and in their own name. ocs8 is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the player.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses offered by ocs8 are subject to the specific terms and conditions set alongside each promotion. Players are required to read and understand these conditions before accepting any bonus.

General rules relating to ocs8 bonuses are as follows:

• A bonus can only be claimed once per promotion type unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirement.
• ocs8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of abuse, hedging bets or system manipulation.
• Expiry dates apply to all bonuses — unused bonuses within the set period will expire automatically.
• Accounts found to be creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated bonuses will be closed without warning.

The ocs8 VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a higher weekly cashback benefit — from 0.3% (Bronze) to 1.5% (Diamond). Tier progression depends on the player's activity and loyalty on the platform.

Betting Rules and Platform Use

All bets placed through the ocs8 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are fully responsible for every bet placed from their account.

• ocs8 reserves the right to void bets affected by technical errors, system disruptions or inaccurate pricing.
• Winnings resulting from software errors or other technical faults are invalid and will not be paid out.
• Any attempt to exploit system loopholes, software bugs or operator errors will result in immediate account closure.
• Bets placed by players believed to be experiencing gambling problems may be voided at ocs8's discretion.
• The use of third-party software, bots or any automated method to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

For sports betting, any dispute relating to odds, results or payouts will be resolved based on the official decision of the relevant sports body. ocs8's decision on all matters relating to bet settlement is final.

Account Security and Player Responsibilities

Players are fully responsible for the security of their account login credentials. It is strongly recommended that players:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Do not share login details with anyone, including family members.
• Ensure the gaming session is fully ended after use, especially on shared devices.
• Notify the ocs8 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

ocs8 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from account access by third parties resulting from the player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Players must ensure that all information provided to ocs8 is accurate, current and not misleading. Any changes to personal information must be updated in the account promptly or reported to customer support.

Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Players have the right to close their ocs8 account at any time. Account closure requests can be submitted via live chat or email to the ocs8 support team. All remaining account balances (excluding bonuses subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

For players who need help managing their gambling habits, ocs8 provides a self-exclusion option. Players may apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion through customer support. During the self-exclusion period, the player's account will be blocked and the player will not receive any promotional communications.

ocs8 also reserves the right to close or suspend a player's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• Confirmed fraud, hacking or attempts to manipulate the system.
• Failure to comply with KYC identity verification requests.
• Money laundering activity or suspicious transactions.
• Instructions from the relevant regulatory authority or legal body.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

ocs8 services are provided "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied. ocs8 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, free from interruptions, or meet a player's specific expectations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ocs8 will not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from participation in games or betting.
• Service disruptions caused by factors outside ocs8's control, including internet service provider technical failures.
• Decisions or actions taken by a player based on information found on the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses even if ocs8 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

ocs8's total liability to a player under any circumstances will not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Amendments to Terms and Notice

ocs8 reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any significant amendments will be communicated to players via a notice on the platform or by email to the registered address.

Continued use of the ocs8 platform after the effective date of such amendments will be considered full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the amendments take effect.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws set by the international licensing body under which ocs8 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties will be referred to the arbitration body designated by the licensing authority.
